Customer Asks: Power from a Rpi GPIO

I have a device that requires 4.5 volts and 2amp current and want to power it from a rpi GPIO pin. Do you have a breakout board to regulate something like this, or recommend something else?

You could use something like the Adafruit DC & Stepper Motor HAT for Raspberry Pi - Mini Kit which we have local stock of in Australia.
