NOOBS installer: only one option available - how can I see more?

I wanted to install a different OS via NOOBS, but when I went to the menu with the options, there was only one. How do I see the ones like it is in the manual?

Hi Bruce,

Could you please let us know:

  • What Raspberry Pi model you are using
  • Which version of NOOBs is used (the latest version is 3.3.1) : https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/noobs/
  • What are you trying to install? i.e. Raspbian, Retropie, OpenELEC, etc
  • Any screenshots or photos of the issue you could provide
