Sent webcam for refund and no response in 3 weeks!

I sent my webcam back for a refund on 13 October and it arrived at your PO box on 15 October and the tracking is still showing awaiting collection.

I have sent numerous emails and have had no responses what so ever.

I am starting to get really annoyed at your lack of communication regarding this and if I dont get contacted and receive my refund this week I will be taking the matter further!

I’m just another customer. I’ve found Australia Post mail tracking unreliable at the moment. I’ve also found e-mail unreliable, though not with Little Bird. Your next step should be to call Little Bird on the phone. On their web site it shows as 02 8319 2016.
