I purchased the 5" LCD HDMI touch screen to use with Windows IoT as the product description mentions supporting it. The touch component does not work.
I am now trying to use the touch screen with Raspbian and the touch component works very briefly upon first start up. And then touch freezes.Pplugging in a USB mouse works as per normal, so I think it is touch problem.
It seems tied to when the “start menu” and toolbar appear on the desktop
